Exhibition “Modern Love” in Freiburg

Please be warmly invited to the ‘Slow Opening’ of our exhibition “Modern Love (or Love in the Age of Cold Intimacies”). On Friday, 2nd October 2020, from 5 pm, Freiburg, Museum für Neue Kunst!

The project is conceived by curator Katerina Gregos, and is a cooperation of the Museum für Neue Kunst, Freiburg (DE), Tallinna Kunstihoone, Tallinn (EE) and IMPAKT, Utrecht (NL).

With: Gabriel Abrantes, Hannah Toticki Anbert, Melanie Bonajo, Laura Cemin, Benjamin Crotty, Marijke De Roover, Kyriaki Goni, David Haines, Juliet Jacques, Mahmoud Khaled, Lauren Lee McCarthy, Kyle McDonald, Maria Mavropoulou, Marge Monko, Peter Puklus, Margaret Salmon.

DJane Ella Stracciatella, whose specialty is a wild mix ranging from the finest indie sound to disco trash, is putting on a personally created love set with love songs of all kinds extra for the exhibition opening. We look forward to the strangest love narratives!

To ensure that the event can take place safely, please comply with the regular precautions against COVID-19. Social distancing and hygiene are essential. Please wear mouth-and-nose-protection at all times. To avoid crowds, the number of visitors needs to be regulated.
