Dear Estonians and friends of Estonia in Düsseldorf!
The consular team of the Estonian Embassy in Berlin will visit Düsseldorf on May 29, 2026.
The consular reception will take place at the Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf City Centre (Immermannstraße 41, 40210 Düsseldorf) in the meeting room,
on 29 May 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Consular services offered in Düsseldorf:
- applying for a new ID card and/or passport (NB! During missions, the state fee must be paid in advance and the payment confirmation brought along, or it can be paid in exact cash. The application form should be completed in advance if possible.)
- issuing identity documents
- fingerprint scanning
- issuing e-Residency cards
To attend the consular reception in Düsseldorf, an advance appointment is required via email at [email protected]. Appointments can be booked until 25 May 2026 at 23:59.
