The Walter Hallstein-Institute of the Humboldt University Berlin together with the project “We are Europe”, funded by Stiftung Mercator, invites you to a Humboldt speech held by the President of Estonia, Kersti Kaljulaid, on the topic “EU’s role in supporting Member States in digital transformation in a legally permissive environment”.
The event will be held in English on Zoom. Following the speech there will be an opportunity for a discussion with the President.
