On the centenary of the Tartu Peace Treaty, Foreign Minister Urmas Reinsalu will present the first Jaan Poska Medal to a person or persons with remarkable services to protecting the principles of the Tartu Peace Treaty in the world.
Nominations for the medal can be submitted by individuals or organisations, including non-profit organisations, state or local institutions and companies. The proposal must include the name of the candidate, their area of activities and explanation why the candidate should be awarded the Jaan Poska Medal.
The proposal should be sent in a format that can be reproduced in writing to the Foreign Ministry’s email address [email protected] no later than 24 January.
